Caricatures make fantastic and original gifts for Birthday, Xmas, Wedding, Anniversaries, Send Off’s, Corporate events ...in fact any occasion. They are a perfect and unique personal momentum to smile about for years to come.

Caricatures are drawn from photographs at Tel’s Glen Forrest studio.  Recent good quality pictures are very important to build up a good profile of the ‘victim’, remember the I’ve never met them, so the pictures and information you provide are essential for a good caricature.

Things I need - At least three recent photos which are a good likeness emailed at a good resolution. Nice smiley shots are the best.  Please specify the eye colour - digital images tell lies !!

How long does it take - The caricature usually takes about 10 working days - dependent on my commission workload. Invariably I have a waiting list so please order well before you require it. I love to take my time over your caricatures so ‘rush’ jobs will also incur an extra charge. Each caricature takes a long while to ‘get it right’ - 70% of that time is creating a true* caricature of the face - the detail you will find is really sumptuous. You will receive progress proofs throughout the process.

Framing - A quality framing service can be included at very reasonable rates (Perth only). I utilise the services of a leading local picture framer - they are NOT cheap imported frames.

The samples on this website are cropped from completed caricatures in various mediums from A4 to A2 in size. (95% of the caricatures are A3)

Commission prices start from $200 *, and can be honed to your specific requirements just let me know your budget. High quality and your 100% satisfaction is my paramount criteria - I do about two or three commissions a week and thoroughly enjoy doing them. Quick ‘cheapies’ are not my speciality.

1. *Standard charges are for a single person drawn doing one activity. Multiple persons, items, activities will incur extra charges. The more time I take, the more it costs - and to be honest the less ‘clutter’ around the subject the classier the end product looks. ( I’ll talk you out of too much !)
